The role

As Change Lead for the organisation the focus will be directed on people-centric change, coach leaders, and support project teams for seamless transitions and successful outcomes.

What’s involved

You will play a pivotal role in managing the human side of organisational change. This involves preparing, supporting, and equipping individuals within the organisation to navigate and adapt to the changes effectively. You focus on cultivating a positive and resilient workforce by coaching and supporting leaders at Alpine, enabling them to guide and support their teams through the complexities of change.

Your responsibilities extend to collaborating with project managers and teams, ensuring that change management activities are seamlessly integrated into project plans. This integration is crucial for achieving smooth transitions during periods of change, ultimately contributing to the successful outcomes of projects. Your strategic approach involves aligning people, processes, and leadership to foster an environment that embraces change, enhances adaptability, and supports Alpine's broader objectives.

What you’ll need

The successful candidate will ideally have a combination of the following skills and qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (General) or relevant equivalent experience

· Professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) are required

· Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Manager or Transformation Manager, leading complex change initiatives in large organisations

· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
